Returns & Refund

At Fictional Fulfillment Co., we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we’re here to help!


Returns

  • You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • To start a return, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Health supplements

  • Opened or used candles

  • Digital books or downloads


Refunds

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

  • We’ll email you once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo and order number to [your email address], and we’ll make it right.
