Returns

You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo and order number to [your email address], and we’ll make it right.
